Mine was pretty fun. >D
Although... confetti, party poppers that explode and emit bright lights, noise makers, balloons, lots of snacks and soft drinks, several bottles of sparkling grape juice, a Wii and a PS2, and a few guys who are either on medication or should be on medication for ADHD and the like... a combination of those factors can result in insanity.
And one of the dogs got a hold of half a tray of sugar cookies and ate it all. xD
I'm amazed that I'm still alive. XD
Happy new year everyone! (And a safe one!)

Wow....so promised a story. Ok. So I get downtown Ottawa, a wild centre normally was ridiculous! Everyplace was over priced and I went with my friend Dan and his girl Crystal. I wanted a Bar, something easy to sit, drink and ring in the new year right. Nope, Crystal wanted a dance floor, and Dan was being a little di'kut and saying "What Crystal wants, Crystal gets"
So I bailed on em military style which was alot of fun, just disappeared off their radar in the crowd walking around and haven't responded to their text messages or calls. I spent nearly 2 hours walking round looking for a place.
Settled when a friend called me up to a place called Atomic Rooster. Rocking place, got to meet the owner and have a few drinks for free, and then I get a text message from this new girl I met 3 days ago named humourously Crystal. She writes "Turn Around" and so I look and there she is, dressed up and looking amazing. I smile and turn back to the bar and my drink and text back "What, there is only a beautiful girl there" and sent it. That apparently won me some good points with her, and she joined in on the celebration, free champagne, dancing and live music.
I can only assume that Dan and Crystal froze their sheebs outside in a lineup for a club to go dancing in. Sorry guys, ask me to tag along, you better have a plan besides me getting some exercise. Haha
Ended up taking a cab home around 4 am. Turns out Crystal and the owner were good friends, so he kept it open for us and kept the flow of liquid going. Haha, then somehow was able to deal with the sun today.
End Tally for New Years Eve: Probably 6 kilometres of walking 2 Cheek Kisses 3 Free Shots from Donnie (Owner of AR) 6 Pints of Beer 2 Glasses of Champagne 10 Shots of God Knows what....they hurt... 4 Gin and Limes. 1 Girls number
In all honesty, if you are legal, try a Gin and Bar Lime. So Delicious! It's like Happiness in the summer time besides a lemonade stand with the e backwards. Yes, that good. Not saying your happy Moderator and biggest fan is telling you all to drink, but it's an experiment.
Stay wonderful and have an awesome recovery period....think I'm going to lie down...my head is still throbbing...
