So all kinds of exciting things are happening, at least they're exciting to me, you may all be bored by this but I just wanted to share with with someone. Yesterday I finally started getting paid what I was worth, getting a small base salary plus commisions now, no more just commisions or defered compensation with ownership in the company. And so with that extra income I enrolled for health and dental insurance, something I've not had for a long time. So, like I said, means nothing to you probably, but it will be nice to know I can afford to see a health care profesional again if I need to. And not to mention if I can meet this quarters production goals I'll get a huge bonus, plan on buying a new car. So if any of you know anyone that need insurance in the state of Utah (since its the only state I'm licensed in) send me their number :-)

Hahaha, if I knew anymore people then you in Utah, I'd be wondering why I don't have friends in Canada.
Let's see.....Today at the hospital I got to work in the OR (Operation Rooms) in Dentistry and Uthorhinourology (sp?........) Anyways, besides the point, So we had to go into the ceilings, not a fun place to go and clean them out of all the crap contractors left up there cause we are going to install nifty new stuff that has bells and whistles and yes...even a kazoo.
If any of you don't know what a Kazoo is, you haven't had a child life....
So I get up there, thinking it wouldn't be that bad in Dentistry. Fierfek no! It was ridiculous! There were crawl spaces, sharp metal wiring everywhere. It was something even a Striker would go "WTF Mate?"
So I strap on my jumpsuit, toss my radio to the side of the entry point at the corner and grab a pair of gloves and duck in with a mask. Now, this ceiling only had metal bracers, so I was balancing on about 1 inch metal bars that could support my weight and the rest were just holding the ceiling to them. So it was wonderful trying to keep my balance, getting cut up while cleaning up someone elses mess.
To add to the burden, they put nice hot flood lights in the ceiling, so the temperature was ridiculous and I was sweating like mad! Then got into a mini crawl space and had to shimmy to the end of the air vent when my radio goes off. I'm pinned between to air ducts and the boss is calling me. I was like "Oh DAMN!" so I have to crawl back, slice a nice cut over my shoulder blade through my jump suit, and grab the radio. Turned out he only wanted to ask if I needed assistance from the other student. Sigh....so 5 hours later, I'm all done and just happy to get outta there, covered head to toe in dust, my mouth was clean and so where my eyes from the goggles, so I was made fun of easily before I scrubbed myself down and did lights for the rest of the day. YAY ME!

Kazoos pwn all. xD Sounds like you had... fun, today, Drew. I hope your shoulder is okay. I can only imagine what sliced through your jumpsuit and into the skin. Eh... Congratulations on your pay raise, Keeper! (But I'm afraid that I don't know anyone in Utah, sorry. Well, actually, I know this one guy, his name's N'body...) My day today wasn't so eventful. Right now I'm watching Independence Day -- 4 th of July and all that.

Mmmm, sheet metal is a wonderful creation Katie. ^_^ Let's see what Today has to offer! And you need to get to deep space by popping through the gate and heading off. Don't get frost bite. Haha
